Admitted to practice law in 2001, Marta Spagnuolo graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2001 and graduated from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Prior to joining Quinn, Meadowcroft & Mikula, LLC, Marta focused her practice in family law at law firms in Chicago and in Oak Brook.

Marta concentrates her practice in divorce litigation, child custody and visitation (allocation of parental responsibilities and parenting time), parentage matters, support/alimony issues, premarital agreements, post-decree litigation and representation of children as a Guardian ad Litem. She is an experienced litigator when negotiations have been exhausted to serve the needs of her clients. She will show support and provide the necessary direction, explain the process of divorce and other areas of family law to her clients. Marta provides constant dialogue with her clients to understand their needs and to provide effective solutions. Marta handles divorce and family law cases in Will, DuPage, Cook, Kendall and Kane Counties.

Marta is currently a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Will County Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association.
